Jillian Colbert Alsheimer is a Managing Director in the Activism & Shareholder Advisory practice in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group within the Investment Banking Division. She advises companies on range of contested shareholder matters, including stakeholder activism, proxy fights, takeover defense and preparedness, ESG and general corporate governance.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Jillian was a corporate attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, focusing on M&A, securities law matters, shareholder activism, takeover defense and corporate governance. Jillian began her career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.

Jillian earned a JD from Columbia Law School and BBA from the George Washington University.
